Precautions when using a dial indicator:
    1Before measurement, check whether the dial glass is broken or fallen off, whether the measuring head, measuring rod, sleeve, etc., is damaged or rusted, refers to the loosening phenomenon, and whether the rotation of the pointer is smooth.
    2When measuring, the vertical part of the measuring rod should be measured on the surface. When measuring the diameter of the cylinder, the center line of the measuring rod should pass through the axis of the cylinder to be measured.
    3When the measuring head begins to contact the surface being measured, the measuring rod should be compressed0.3~1mmTo maintain a certain initial measured force.

    4When measuring, the measuring rod should be lightly lifted, the workpiece should be moved under the measuring head (or the measuring head should be moved on the workpiece), and then slowly lowered to contact with the measured surface. Do not put down the measuring rod quickly, otherwise it is easy to cause measurement errors. Do not force the workpiece under the measuring head to avoid damage to the measuring instrument.
